Our Classes
121 Training
45 minute minute session- 1 hour slot
Basic, intermediate or advanced training - these sessions will include strength and conditioning, technique, pad work, sparring (as appropriate) and will be personalised for each client after an induction session and discussion of individual aims.
We can also offer 1:2 or 1:3 small classes if required.
11-18 Group class
This one hour class will include technique, pad work and conditioning and ground work.
Adult group class
This one hour class will include technique, pad work, optional light sparring and conditioning and ground work.
These classes will be mixed or women only.
